This is the most important type of all three. It is the essence of all Prophets’ message, and also the fruit [If Allah is the creator, and is unique in His attributes of creating & sustaining, then seeking help from others is foolishness] of first 2 categories. Direct all forms of worship ONLY to Allah, and He alone can grant benefit for worship, and answer to calls. Also, there is no intermediary between man and God

(Quran Surah 51. Adz Dzariyaat ayat 56)

And I (Allâh) created not the jinns and humans except they should Worship Me (Alone).

(Quran Surah 16. An Nahl ayat 36)

And Verily, we have sent among Every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): “Worship Allâh (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Tâghût (all false deities, etc. i.e. do not Worship Tâghût besides Allâh).”…

Examples of Worship in Islam:

1. Dua, calling in prayer, is worship (Abu Dawood. Hadeeth #1474)

2. Zakath, animal sacrifices, fasting etc

3. Emotions like love, trust and fear, all of which have degrees which should only be directed to God. (Two proofs below)

(Quran Surah 2. Al Baqarah ayat 165)

Yet there are men who take (for worship) others besides Allah, As equal (with Allah). They love them as they should love Allah. But those of Faith are overflowing in their love for Allah

And of mankind are some who take (for worship) others besides Allâh as rivals (to Allâh). They love them as they love Allâh. But those who believe, love Allâh more (than anything else)….

(QS5. Al Maa-idah ayat 23)

…and put Your trust In Allâh if You are believers indeed

Tawheed al-Hakimiya [governance] is part of Tawheed al-Uluhiyah. Proof below:

(QS5. Al Maa-idah ayat 44)

Verily, we did send down the Taurât (Torah) [to Mûsa (Moses)], therein was guidance and light, by which the Prophets, who submitted themselves to Allâh’s will, judged the Jews. and the rabbis and the priests [too judged the Jews by the Taurât (Torah) after those Prophets] for to them was entrusted the protection of Allâh’s Book, and they were witnesses thereto…
